Weekend Edition

Finally got the tree up, and we are enjoying the lovely light and evergreen aroma!

What are you doing this weekend? Matt and I have tons to do and not enough time. Mainly we need to get our new car looked at since it failed inspection, finish Christmas shopping, AND ride my early Christmas present! Matt surprised me last night with an awesome new bicycle.

Bike Sales

I've been really wanting to go to Big Bear Cafe in the Bloomingdale neighborhood. Today they are having a street used bike sale. If you live in DC and are looking for a ride check it out! I don't think I'll be able to make this one since I am babysitting all morning. Maybe Matt and I will go this afternoon though! I'd also love to learn more about the Bloomingdale neighborhood. There's a small exhibit authored by the community at the National Building Museum, so be sure to check it out there among info about other cool neighborhoods in DC!
